Your mission is to ensure Goama’s clients have the best experience on our platform. You will be responsible for supporting our clients using our platform, from creating and maintaining casual game tournaments, walking clients through feature upgrades and platform enhancements, and assisting clients with best practice advice on how to maximize the use of our gaming platform to achieve their objectives.

You are highly operationally competent, with keen attention to detail and a focus on the ability to deeply understand systems and tools available to you to deliver quality results for your clients. You are data-driven and detail oriented in your approach as well as able to communicate and present your ideas in a clear and concise manner. You are a team player and have strong interpersonal skills to work closely with key stakeholders

Your primary objectives are, but are not limited to:

  • Receiving and processing requests for platform configuration changes.

  • Deep understanding of the knowledge base and information sources available, so that you can quickly and efficiently direct clients to the necessary information to address their needs.

  • Working with input from our Growth Team, provide advice and guidance to clients on the best configurations, enhancements, and features available.

  • Upsell clients on additional features and be able to confidently explain the benefits to them.

  • Lead the execution of platform-based experiments conducted in partnership with the Growth Team.


    Qualifications and Education Requirements:

    • Bachelor's  in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.
      2 years of working experience in customer service/success, project management, or account management.

    • Highly proficient in written and spoken English with excellent communication and people skills.

    • Learns quickly and has the ability to solve problems independently.

    • Strong digital aptitude, able to pick up new systems and tools quickly.

    • Strong attention to detail, able to ensure configurations made are in line with expectations and work flawlessly.
      Experienced with digital space, OTT, and e-commerce; gaming industry experience and knowledge are an advantage.
