As a Sr. Python Engineer, you'll be taking on some pretty exciting challenges. For starters, you'll be managing the quality of our code as we scale up our team. That means stepping in to solve problems, reduce bugs, and make sure we're developing maintainable code. You'll also be mentoring our junior devs and leading the development process.

But it's not just about technical skills. We're looking for someone who's passionate, proactive and thrives in a startup environment. As our Tech Lead, you'll mentor junior developers and lead the development process while ensuring high-quality code and minimizing bugs.

About you: 

• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Microservices
• Knowledge of AWS Lambdas and serverless technologies
• Experience with data collection is a big plus
• Experience with JS/Nodejs and full-stack development is desirable
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and comfortable with a startup environment
• Ability to mentor and lead junior developers
