Responsibilities

• Take a lead role in the build, deployment, and continuous improvement of our software platform.

• Support the development of clear processes and expectations to deliver the highest levels of productivity and quality.

• Participate in code reviews and thoughtfully provide constructive feedback.

• Collaborate effectively with other teams and architects to solve complex problems.

• Be part of experiments as well as developing production-grade products and platforms.

• Build many different types of products across different industries.

• Work with designers to create delightful products.

  Requirements

  • 5+ years professional experience as a backend developer.

  • The ability to work collaboratively, and deliver quickly with a plan to iterate

  • Experience releasing apps in a cloud environment like Google Cloud or AWS

  • High Experience with Django/Flask or another web framework.

  • Experience working with multiple SQL and NoSQL databases.

  • Eagerness to work with a team toward common goals

  • Ability to write clean, efficient code

  • Knowledge of current industry coding standards, tools and best practice

  • Experience developing SaaS or areas of Fintech is a plus
