Our client is a software company that provides services to many industries, including financial services, insurance, banking, software development, and others. They are headquartered in Atlanta, USA and having branch offices at Canada, Argentina and India.

We are looking for candidates with strong Software Engineer experience to work with generative AI. A talented and experienced software engineer with the ability to understand complex codebases. (Familiarity with Generative AI and common libraries like LangChain is a plus). In this role, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining client's AI-powered platform, leveraging your expertise in code organization, object-oriented programming and leveraging LLM libraries and other libraries to measure the success of feature changes and drive continuous improvement. You will work closely with the data science and business intelligence teams to ensure that our platform delivers real-time insights and actionable intelligence to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software components for our AI-powered platform.
  
• Utilize Python and Langchain to develop and test generative AI models.
• Familiarity with data pipelines for real-time data ingestion and analysis.
• Implement metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure the success of feature changes.
• Collaborate with data scientists and BI analysts to translate insights into actionable solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in generative AI and related technologies

Required Skills:

• Upper-intermediate or Advanced English level (written/spoken)
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or technical discipline.
• Desired: Masters in technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer or a related role.
• Strong understanding of Python, object-oriented programming principles and working with complex codebases.
• Experience with LangChain or other modern LLM libraries is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for generative AI and its potential applications
