Information about the client: An all-based inventory management solution for wine cellars enabling collectors and restaurants to help keep track of the location of their bottles without the complexity of manual record keeping. It relies on video cameras and computer vision to detect when bottles are added and removed from cellar racks.

Information about the role: 

The solution is mostly based on Python. You would participate in building the foundations of a new REST web server stack in AWS with a new SQLAlchemy-based data model hosted in a multi-tenant RDBMS. The next phase before MVP launch will be to refactor existing functions running at the edge to run in the new cloud service to serve the iOS application with a Greengrass MQTT connection to the edge.

• Strong in Python development
• Good OOD skills
• Experience with SqlAlchemy ORM
• Collaborative
• Comfortable with code reviews
• Self driven to tackle directives with many blanks to fill in
