Very experienced full stack developer / hands-on architect who can quickly pick up any development work.  

(Unfortunately, there is no good way to tell from LinkedIn or resume how good they are -- the idea is to have high CPU folks who can pick up and do anything as needed).

   Plus point if also familiar with NLP / IR

    Multiple years of working in industry (not freshers)

    Uses multiple languages / platforms (Python - must, plus at least one another language -- say, Java, R, C#, etc.)

    Hands-on experience with machine learning (not necessarily deep learning).

    Uses a unix like platform - Linux / Mac

    Has created web services, etc. (familiar/experienced with web/Saas frameworks)
