Role and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain our current and future products , these include but are not limited to

• New features
• bug fixing
• Resources, libraries and framework updates
• Architecturing and modeling our code base
• Write tests for our growing code base
• Come up with an efficient process to work effectively with stakeholders. Collaborate with product, design and operations teams to ensure goals and objectives
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, competitive landscape and trends
• Own workflow end to end, pulling in relevant partners to support execution and project management

qualifications

• 4+ years track record developing in python; django web framework is preferred
• Deep understanding of large code bases; including techniques to help keep them maintainable
• Outstanding record with AWS infrastructure (ec2, eb, lambda, rds, sqs) implementation and maintenance
• Highly effective when working with different design patterns
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal intelligence
• Exceptional attention to detail, and chiseled decision-making skills
• Ability to balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results
• Organized and self-sufficient
• Startup experience is a plus
