As Emi's first Full-stack dev, you will be designing and implementing the core system to be used by internal and external clients, including components for management, reporting, platform integrations and AI training. You will need to move fast, understanding the multiple platforms with which we work, automating the interaction between recruiters and candidates. You will also identify, propose and implement improvements in the core infrastructure and the architecture and train new team members in the best practices for the software development, testing and documenting. Required Skills - 3+ years of experience working with software of great scale. - Knowledge in Python, NodeJs, Express, React, Redux, CSS. - Show knowledge working as a full stack developer. - Show knowledge working with collaborative, cross-functional teams. - Experience with product development, debugging and launch. - Experience in the process of developing software including: source control, bug tracking and documentation. - Strong ability to troubleshoot and solve problems. - Ability to organize, analyze, and draw conclusions from data. - Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams (e.g., Engineering, Sales, etc.) - Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. - Strong written and verbal communicator. - Ability to maintain a positive and cooperative attitude in stressful situations. - Strong understanding of internet technologies and web-based applications. - Passionate about Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
