Main responsibilities:

• Deliver data science driven products and APIs.
• Work with engineering lead to plan and execute new feature work, and maintenance
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure high level of quality in product deliverables
• Create and maintain unit/integration tests to assure code quality

Requirements:

• Experience with Python programming and unit testing frameworks (unittest, pytest).
• Hands-on experience with the following AWS Services and technologies: Step Functions, CloudFormation, SQS, EMR, Glue, ElasticSearch, Lambdas, ElasticCache, S3.
• Experience using and developing RESTful APIs
• Experience with SQL and MySQL engine. 
• Experience dealing with complex systems and situations, to analytically identify cause and effect relationships, perform root cause analysis, and assist in logically developing action plans
